WE ARE HIRING! – The Initiatives for International Dialogue (IID) is seeking a motivated and dynamic peacebuilder and human rights advocate to fill the position of Project Manager for IID’s Peacebuilding and Transitional Justice in Transforming Conflicts and Preventing Extremist Violence program under the Global Community Engagement and Resilience Fund (GCERF).

The Project Manager will provide leadership to translate into results the objectives of the project in line and with due compliance with the prevailing rules, procedures, policies as well as internal control guidelines.

Mainly, the Project Manager will ensure effective project management and delivery of quality and appropriate project outputs (i.e. operational, technical, financial and administrative),including progress monitoring, evaluation and timely reporting. The successful applicant must build collaborative and working relationships among key project stakeholders (project staff, partners/sub-recipients, suppliers) through effective communication, feedback and consultative processes; and should ensure alignment of the project with IID’s core values, vision and mission and key priorities.

The Project Manager will be based in Davao City and will report directly to the Executive Director.
